Q. Is there a warranty with my used equipment purchase?
A. Bexel BVG gives a seventy-two (72) hour money back guarantee on all purchases. Many items also include a 30 day warranty (some restrictions apply). Sony service contracts are optional.
Q. What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A. This is why we offer a 3-day inspection at time of purchase (the inspection period starts upon receipt of the equipment). We will refund your money once the item is received back - as long as we were notified during your inspection period that the item may be returning. The item must be returned within 3 days of notification.
Q. Do you sell new equipment?
A. Yes, but only as a dealer for a select few manufacturers. Camera Dynamics, Petrol, Kata, Anton Bauer, LitePanels, AJA, Lectrosonics, RTS, Clearcom, Shure, Sennheiser, to name a few. Contact Joyce Bente for other product lines carried.
Q. Will you ship anywhere in the world? What shipping methods do you use?
A. We ship anywhere. We will be happy to use your preferred shipper with your account number. If you need us to pick a shipper, there will be a nominal handling charge added.
Q. Can I put my purchase on my rental account?
A. We are not able to extend terms (like our rental division does) and require purchases to be prepaid.
Q. What are our payment options?
A. You can mail a check to us prior to shipment, wire transfer (this is a requirement for all international orders), shipped COD-certified funds, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express).
Q. Do I need to pay sales tax?
A. You will be required to pay local sales tax if you are located in CA, FL, GA, IL, NV, NY, TX, VA or WA. We will accept exemption certificates and resale cards when supplied at time of purchase.
