Bexel ASG - the specialty audio arm of Bexel Broadcast Services, (Burbank, CA) provided a comprehensive PL / Comms system and PA for the World Magic Awards / Feed the Children Benefit, held in Santa Monica, California. The event was produced by Associated Television Inc.

Bexel ASG Senior Engineer Jim Turner and his team of skilled technicians designed, installed and integrated a 20 speaker line array system with additional stage monitors and sub-woofers for audio distribution to the 1400 seat venue using the Yamaha M7Cl console for the audio FOH Mix. Over 16 Sennheiser wireless channels with Sanken LAV’s were employed to capture the production audio and distribute to the PA, the broadcast system and the VTR’s, via a fiber-based Light-Viper network.

Bexel ASG Chief Audio Engineer Andrew McHaddad and his technical group of engineering specialists, designed and installed more than 40 channels of wired and wireless PL and comprehensive communication systems for the production staff and talent using RTS, TELEX and Bexel ASG private label / custom made and designed MAS-101 antenna systems and many other Bexel ASG custom-designed specialty application interfaces and circuits.
