Walt Disney World launched "The Year of a Million Dreams" event in Orlando, Florida with video broadcasts, podcasts and streamed content captured and distributed worldwide, using Bexel Broadcast Services' equipment and on-site technical support. Bexel Technical Manager Johnny Pastor designed a custom solution to Disney's specifications. "It was a complicated project," Pastor noted. "Disney's design was exactly what was needed to accomplish their goals, but very different than the quick-fix set-ups proposed by other bidders. We understood what Disney needed and brought that from concept to reality "“ which is what we do best. Plus, we had real teamwork: parts of the package were built in our Burbank, Dallas and Orlando offices, and then delivered, installed and managed by our local Orlando staff." Disney's Grace Machado noted that, "Bexel did a great job during our event. I appreciated their talents, long hours, endurance of the inclement weather, and most of all, their flexibility with last minute changes, setups, running tapes to the edit bay, dubs"¦quite a team effort!! It was fantastic to work with all of them!!" "Everything worked out well despite the weather,"
