MEET JASON STELLUTO, Rental Manager, Bexel Washington, DC. Jason has been with us since February of 2007 and has a solid background in both video and professional audio production. Jason started his career as a broadcast engineer/technical director for National Public Radio. After eight years at NPR, Jason followed his passion to Nashville and the music business where he worked as Production coordinator/Audio engineer for Asylum records. Upon his return to the DC area, Jason took a job with AVW TELAV as their inventory control manager. He then moved to VER Washington as an account executive, and finally to Bexel, Washington, DC. Jason has a strong background in customer service and believes strongly "that you do whatever you have to do to make the customer happy. If that means long days, long nights, or taking phone calls in the early hours, then so be it". Teamed with Marcos Nieves, DC General Manager, and primary contact for Audio rentals, the DC office has developed a two-pronged approach to rentals. This approach has enabled the DC office to give more time and expertise to each client, while also maintaining a familiar voice to keep the clients coming back. "The nature of the business in DC, much like in politics, is ever changing and evolving. We are constantly examining new and innovative ways to reach out to our customers and give them the kind of equipment and support they have come to expect from the team in DC." jstelluto@bexel.com
