MEET ANDREA ROSENKRANS, Rental Manager of Bexel's Miami office. Andrea has been with us since the spring of 2004 and, through her exceptional hard work, the Miami market knows her as the person who is ALWAYS there for them - day or night / weekends or holidays (did we mention day or night?) - on call 24/7 and always available to talk out any issue or consult on a better way to approach an end-use.

"It really has to be all about the customer, they deserve to have the best people supporting them from the beginning to end of the rental process. The crew I have makes it easy to have full 24 hour access - for technical advice, equipment recommendations, off hours pickups and deliveries, or last minute equipment needs. We pride ourselves on always being available for our customers "¦our cell phones are always on"¦I even answered it during my own wedding. That's all the time I have to make a statement because my phone is ringing and I have someone else on hold"¦"

Lloyd Kaufman, Head Engineer of Bexel Miami - 14-year Bexel employee who got his start in Bexel's New York office in the Operations department. After receiving much education and experience in audio engineering, Lloyd became the head engineer for the Miami office in 2004.

"In addition to checking and repairing Bexel's vast variety of broadcast equipment"¦and always helping and teaching my fellow co-workers how the equipment works so they can better do their jobs"¦my main emphasis is on the client and always being available to provide technical assistance. The jobs where a Bexel engineer is requested onsite are the ones I really get excited about"¦"

Victor Avila, Operations / Bexel's Miami office. Victor is in his second year with the company. His film production background has taught him the importance of client satisfaction.

"The bigger the project, the more pressure involved"¦Early morning drop-offs and pick-ups"¦Late night emergency calls"¦the more I want to be involved and help the client with everything they need. And not leaving until they're satisfied. That's all the time I have to make a statement because I have to make a delivery"¦"
