...We have some 4 Channel XT[2]'s here in Burbank that came back from China and a 6 Channel coming in on Sat. via for a demo on Monday - just in case something is needed.

...Very helpful email. Just hung up with [another BIG client]. One of his (not ours) 6ch units is giving him trouble. If they don't get it sorted out tonight he wants a new one first thing - like 7am. I will find out how Dallas shipped but is Mike there now and maybe he can help troubleshoot?

THE RECAP (from Kirsten Ballard to the BBS team)...

  • 9/19 at 8:00pm, ["the Client"] called needing the EVS to replace one of his that was having problems
  • Johnny sent Jimmy back to the shop to pull from Hercules
  • I spoke to the EVS contact who was in town to give him a heads up about ["the Client's"] issue, and gave his contact info to ["the Client"]
  • We delivered the EVS at 6:45am on Saturday 9/20 (15 minutes early)
