Here is an outline of Lee's suggested format for you to see and comment on...

"Here's my idea"¦..I'd like to target a weekly or bi-weekly email blast/newsletter to the pertinent folks at NEP and NCP. The purpose of this email is to keep Bexel in the stream of consciousness of those on the front lines that are picking up the phones and renting gear. It could consist of the following sections (of course, any suggestions are welcome and not all of the items below have to be used)..."

• A Weekly Price Special (for a relevant item that we have plenty of"¦)"¦
• Tech Tips can be generated from our engineering folk or from a trade publication"¦"¦
• Featured Website of the Month could be a key link to a manufacturers website"¦
• What's new at Bexel? can profile a new rental item (along with pricing) that has been added"¦ "¦
• Bexel 24/7 The list of weekly On-call Personnel for after-hours and weekends at each office"¦"¦
• Did you know Bexel Rents"¦ a section for featured products"¦
• Links-a-lot can provide email links to the Bexel website, Bexel press releases, articles, etc"¦"¦
• Where is Bexel this Week? will give a brief summary of some of the projects that we are doing"¦"¦
• Picture of the Week could be worth a thousand words"¦"¦

"The beauty of this concept is that we can easily customize it for other clients as well. It would be extremely easy to do one for ESPN, Turner or anyone else.

The key will be consistency. If we decide to do a weekly one, then we need to stick with it and email it the same day each week and same for a bi-weekly blast. I believe the worst thing we could do would is to tout this idea and not deliver as promised.

Again, this concept will be very easy, cheap and effective. It will serve as another means of keeping the Bexel name "front and center" with our clients - especially when they are about to pick-up a phone and place an order!

I would be more than happy to discuss this with you further as well as determining what I can do to help get this started.
