Virginia-based 3G Wireless, Inc. and Bexel Broadcast Services have formed a strategic alliance to leverage each other's equipment, technical expertise, and strong market standings. The goal is to share responsibility on a common rental request "“ the growing need for wireless camera equipment in high-profile broadcast production.
While the two companies remain separate entities, they will share each other's resources and cooperate to provide comprehensive, end-to-end RF solutions to live event broadcast producers. "This strategic alliance enables both companies to collaborate in providing solutions that integrate our complementary product lines and expertise," said Robert Nudo, Bexel CMO. "3G is a premier provider of wireless video equipment for all areas of entertainment and sports production, but their rental business does not offer a broad spectrum of other broadcast production equipment tools. Bexel is the leading provider of rented broadcast production equipment, but have remained light in the area of RF broadcast technology," said Nudo. "By sharing our resources, Bexel and 3G Wireless will now be better positioned to serve our customers with exactly the right complement of technology and engineering know-how and offer production flexibility, functional reliability, and superb program quality".
3G Wireless President and seven-time Emmy award winning operator, Greg Robinson, believes that an undivided focus and devotion to the customer is the main purpose of 3G's existence. He says, "The 3G Wireless commitment to customer needs and overall satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business and standard of ethics. Our inventory of systems is a combination of top-of-the-line commercial equipment and 3G custom-built devices. These systems incorporate innovative approaches, state-of-the-art technology and attention to detail".
In an industry where technology and large scale event management is paramount, Bexel and 3G have broken new ground with the ability to unify unparalleled reliability and overall program quality with unwavering service and a total commitment to the client.
