The second annual SVG Digital Sports conference was geared toward sports technology professionals involved with production and distribution of sports content for the Internet and mobile devices. Discussed was not only the distribution but the decisions made on a creative level. What content to include? Does it take away from the main money maker, television? Do you need to provide the internet video in HD? One of the great things agreed upon at the show was the new way of viewing sports"”People are using their laptops for additional content while the sports program is on the television. Also the opportunity to distribute sports leagues that would not be able to gain enough interest on traditional television.
