During the 2007 US Open, we had some trouble and, we can admit it to everyone out there on the world wide web. It wasn't a crash and burn - no one went 'off air' but a very influential audio expert (on-site) was kind enough (and honest enough) to give us some wise counsel. We realized that we needed to clean up / tighten up a few details before we returned to the Open in 2008.

Taking to heart all of the things that he shared with us, we spent a good deal of time changing our approach. We were quite pleased to see the 2008 response on the same package from this same audio professional. Read on...

The Bexel RF stuff I used at the US Open is the best ever. It makes me proud of the meeting in Burbank last year. Everything I mentioned that Bexel did poorly compared to (Competitor X) was fixed and if there were no stickers on the gear, I might not have known the vendor.
