What do I need to do to sign up for this site?

You can log in to your account by clicking the Log In button located at the top of every page of our website. To access your account, enter your username and password and then click the "Login" button. I forgot the password to my login
If you have lost your password, please click the “Log In” button and select the "Forgot Your Password" link to use the online reset system. You will need to know your username and email address to recover your password. Can you send me a copy of my password without resetting it?
Yes. Click the “Forgot Your Password” link on the log in page to use the online reset system. You will need to know your username and email address to recover your password. I want to change my password.
If you know your password and would like to change it, first log in. Once logged in, click the My Account button located at the top of every page. Change your password and click the "Save Changes" button.
If you don’t remember your password, click the Recover Password link, enter your username and email address. Once you’ve received the email with your password, you can then log in to the site and change your password. I get an error message when I try to log in I received the "Incorrect Password" error message.
- Make sure that your caps lock key is turned off, then try to log in again.
- If you were unable to log in after making sure your caps lock key was off, then try retrieving your password here.
- If you were unable to log in after retrieving your password, use our Contact Us form. We will do our best to correct the problem and contact you at the email address you provide when submitting them form.
- Try clearing your web browser cache, then try to log in again.
- If you still can’t log in, try upgrading your browser or try using a different web browser.

Adding Items to Your Quoting Cart To request items from our site, you need to place them in your electronic quoting cart. Please follow the steps listed below.
- Once you find an item that you would like to rent, click the “Add to Cart” button next to the product info or on the item’s product detail page.
- To continue quoting, click the “Continue Quoting” button located in your quoting cart.
- You may view the items in your Quoting Cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” button located at the top of every page.
- When you are finished quoting, click the “Submit your RFQ” button located in your quoting cart.
Is the Quoting Cart Not Saving Your Items? If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart, or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. For instructions on how to enable cookies in most browsers, please click here.
Modifying Items in Your Quoting Cart Go to the Quoting Cart page. To quickly access your quoting cart, click the “View Cart” button located at the top of every page.
- Want to request multiple quantities of an item in your Quoting Cart? Change the number in the Quantity field next to an item, then click the "Update" button.
- Want to remove an item from your Quoting Cart? Click the "Remove" link that appears to the right of any item in your cart.

Safari Firefox Clearing your cache and cookies Sometimes your Internet browser may be the cause of the problems you experience on Bexel. To fix your problem, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Please follow the instructions below.
Internet Explorer 6.0
- Click "Tools," then "Internet Options."
- On the General tab, in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
- Select "Delete Cookies."
- Click "Close."
- "Quit" the browser.
Internet Explorer 7.0
- Click "Tools," then "Delete Browsing History."
- In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click on "Delete Files" and select "Yes."
- In the "Cookies" section, click on "Delete Cookies" and select "Yes."
- Click "Close."
- Quit" the browser.
Internet Explorer 8.0
- On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click "Internet Options."
- The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
- On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click the "Delete…" button.
- In the "Delete Browsing History" window that comes up, make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click the "Delete" button and restart the browser.
Safari 3.0 and 4.0
- Open Safari.
- Select "Empty Cache."
- Click "Empty" on the "Are you sure?" message.
- Select "Preferences," then the Security tab, "Show Cookies," "Remove All."
Firefox 3.0 for PCs and Macs
- Click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data."
- Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on "Clear Private Data Now."
- Exit and relaunch browser.
Firefox 3.5 for PCs and Macs
- Click "Tools" and select "Clear Recent History."
- Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on "Clear Now."
- Exit and relaunch browser.
