An account can be opened on the same day the Account Establishment form is submitted.

Rental equipment must be covered by insurance. Customer insurance must include Rented or Leased Equipment Coverage and must provide coverage during the entire time of the rental. This includes the transportation of the equipment to and from Bexel’s place of business, even if such transportation is accomplished by a third party carrier. A Damage Waiver may be purchased, from Bexel, by customers who have a long standing credit history that meets with specific criteria.
