Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Vitec Broadcast Services, a worldwide provider of broadcast rental equipment and technical support seeks a highly professional, seasoned Executive Assistant with marketing exposure to support the Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities include: managing and scheduling busy calendar; arranging frequent travel; serving as liaison to marketing consulting firm; representing the executive team with the highest degree of professionalism; implementing and streamlining office procedures; and other general assistance as required.
Education and/or Experience:
The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to multi task and prioritize. Must have 3-5 years experience working as an assistant to a high-level executive, demonstrated administrative skills, knowledge of marketing communication and technology. Experience in multi-site service based business preferred. Candidate must also be able to work a flexible schedule.

Senior Computer and Network Technician
Administration– Burbank, CA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bexel Broadcast Services, a worldwide provider of broadcast equipment rental, sales and services for the television production industry is looking for a Senior Computer & Network Technician who is responsible for providing hardware fault isolation, repairs, installation, firmware upgrades and assistance with computer configuration management.
Candidate should have 10-15 years hands-on experience in a networked or LAN/WAN type environment with Frame or MPLS networks. Demonstrated customer centered service experience is required.
This position handles support for local and remote users, software installations and removal, hardware upgrades and initial computer set-up, trouble-shooting, IP mapped peripherals configuration, threat assessment and prevention, solution recommendations. Role covers a wide variety of computer, server and network activities.
Candidates must have the aptitude to quickly learn computer systems and proprietary applications. Certifications in computer or network fields of study, AA or BS in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred. Understand and troubleshoot in Microsoft OS environments. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2000 and 2003, Windows OS (XP, Vista, Windows7), VMWare, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Symantec Antivirus, Track-It or comparable trouble ticket software, GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, Adobe, Citrix, CIDiscovery and hardware drivers.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, including work while talking on the telephone and quickly escalate issues as appropriate. Must work well in a team environment with minimal instruction and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must also be a team player, have very good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to support the national team that includes the nine Bexel locations across the U.S. Infrequent travel may be required.

Purchasing Associate
Administration– Burbank, CA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bexel Broadcast Services, a worldwide provider of broadcast equipment rental, sales and services for the television production industry is looking for a Purchasing Associate to help with day-to-day support of purchasing and procurement, vendor contacts and provide inventory support. The responsibilities are to monitor and maintain purchasing of professional audio and video equipment, maintain vendor relationships, track purchases, provide replacement costs, evaluate inventory levels and sourcing and placing orders. This position may perform receiving, stocking, distributing, and packing in addition to inventory control. The Purchasing Associate works primarily with our asset management team, and interacts on a regular basis with our sales, operations, accounting, and account executive staff.
Education and/or Experience:
The successful candidate will be a fun, creative, self-starter who is flexible with strong attention to detail and administrative expertise. Must be sharp and analytical with the ability to multi-task, follow-through and prioritize. Candidates must also be a team player, have very good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to support the national team that includes the eight Bexel locations across the U.S. Strong knowledge of various purchasing, inventory and accounting systems and applications including, MS Excel, MS Access and Accpac preferred. Some knowledge of Chart of Accounts is a plus. Candidates must have the aptitude to quickly learn computer systems and proprietary applications. Previous experience in the broadcast industry related to audio and video gear, engineering parts and support a big plus.

Driver
Operations– Dallas, TX
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bexel Broadcast Services, a worldwide provider of broadcast equipment rental, sales and services for the television production industry has an Operations/Driver position available at our Irving location. This position is responsible for driving company owned vehicles across the Dallas/Fort Worth area and for loading and unloading audio and video equipment as required at both company and customer locations. The position is also responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control and completing driving logs.
Education and/or Experience:
The successful candidate will be a team player who is flexible with the ability to multi-task, follow-through and prioritize. Shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment and the ability to lift and move 75lbs. Computer skills a plus. Ability to work weekends and overtime when required and travel when necessary.

This position is also responsible for driving company owned vehicles throughout the Chicago area and for loading and unloading audio and video equipment at both company and customer locations.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is flexible with the ability to multi-task, follow-through and prioritize. Must have strong computer skills and ability to lift and move 75lbs. Candidate should be to work some weekends and overtime when required and travel when necessary. Previous experience in the broadcast industry related to audio and video gear, engineering parts a big plus.
