The BexelBVG Guarantee
BexelBVG (Broadcast Video Gear) offers a 72 (seventy-two) hour / 3 (three) business day inspection period upon receipt of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within your 72 hour inspection period to notify us of the return. It is our commitment to service that you are satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer you more check-out time than any of our US competitors. Our qualified engineering staff with inspect and service all in stock gear prior to receipt by you, the buyer.
Items that include warranties will be noted at time of purchase.
Optional Sony Service Contracts are based on a minimum 2 (two) year term and are priced on a depot service. You would ship the unit to the closest Sony Service Center and Sony will pay for return shipping. The contract covers all services for your unit (this includes parts and labor) and is priced based on an estimated usage of hours per year. Should you grossly exceed the usage of hours for your contact, Sony may reevaluate your charge for the second year. Should Sony not be able to ship your unit back within 8 (eight) business days, you will be offered a free rental unit until your unit has been repaired.

- All gear is sold on a prepaid basis.
- Funds are held in escrow during the inspection period and dispersed after inspection has closed.
- All gear is subject to prior sale without a 15% non-refundable deposit.
- Balance on deposits are due with in 14 days.
- All sales are subject to a 3 (three) business day inspection period and become final upon acceptance of the equipment and/or expiration of the check out period.
- Items are not returnable after the inspection period.
- Shipping is FOB Burbank, CA unless otherwise specified.
- BexelBVG will insure all packages shipped an buyer will be responsible for charges, unless buyer declines insurance in writing.
- Payments accepted include: Cleared personal / company check, wire transfer, COD-Certified Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Please note: Wire transfer is required for all international sales.

Q. Is there a warranty with my used equipment purchase?
A. All purchases of pre-owned equipment include a three business day money back guarantee. Other equipment may have full Manufacturer Warranty or partial warranties noted at time of purchase. Most Sony products can be purchased with a two-year / no restrictions Sony service contract.
Q. What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A. This is why we offer a 3-day inspection at time of purchase (the inspection period starts upon receipt of the equipment). We will refund your money once the item is received back - as long as we were notified during your inspection period that the item may be returning. The item must be returned within 3 days of notification.
Q. Do you sell new equipment?
A. Yes we do. Please see our line card.
Q. Will you ship anywhere in the world? What shipping methods do you use?
A. We ship anywhere. We will be happy to use your preferred shipper with your account number. If you need us to pick a shipper, there will be a nominal handling charge added.
Q. Can I put my purchase on my rental account?
A. We are not able to extend terms (like our rental division does) and require purchases to be prepaid.
Q. What are our payment options?
A. You can mail a check to us prior to shipment, wire transfer (this is a requirement for all international orders), shipped COD-certified funds, credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express) or PayPal.
Q. Do I need to pay sales tax?
A. You will be required to pay local sales tax if you are located in CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, NY, TX, VA or WA. We will accept exemption certificates and resale cards when supplied at time of purchase.
