Bexel is one of two distributors for Calrec Audio Consoles in the United States and Western Canada. Bexel has two offices covering Calrec’s sales and service.  Our Bexel DC location houses the Calrec office covering the South Eastern States. The Western States and Western Canada is covered by our Bexel Burbank, California location. For decades, Calrec Audio has been synonymous with unequalled quality in consoles within the broadcast and live event industries.  Calrec Audio has provided the audio in some of the most demanding television broadcasts worldwide. Both Calrec and Bexel have been vital contributors to some of the most watched Broadcast Television productions; Major networks, studios and large scale sports events often rely on both Bexel and Calrec to help bring their productions to air.

Expanding on Calrec’s Blue fin line of products, Alpha, Sigma and Omega, Calrec launched the Apollo and Artemis consoles, which utilises Bluefin2, the next generation of Calrec’s trademark Bluefin High Density Signal Processing platform. These technologies bring enormous routing and processing capacity to consoles, all contained within a modest footprint. Using a combination of OLED displays, touch screens, and light-emitting knobs, the updated soft control surface not only provides instant visual feedback, but enormous flexibility for a variety of productions and workflows.
